If you were in a situation where there was a crazy person, an old lady and you, and the crazy said," I am going to beat and kill this old lady and you better not stop me. If you try you better kill me." What would you do? What is the thing Jesus have you do? I think the most loving thing you can do is beat and possibly kill the man and protect the helpless and innocent lady. Here's another thought- were we to love and feed Hitler as he massacred Jews? It is pretty simple. Jesus said more often "do not be afraid." If we were not afraid to love the world would be a much better place and we would not have to worry about 'the real bad guys' mentioned above. After all, if your enemies are hungry feed them and you will heap burning coals upon their foreheads.
